Perlach
Perlach is a district in the South East of the city. Perlach is not to be confused with the adjacent Neuperlach and thus oftentimes called "Altperlach" by the locals to point out this difference.It's a quiet and nice place to live with mainly town houses and small condos. The center of the area is Pfanzeltplatz with some nice restaurants and shops.
MetroBus 55 and Night Bus N45 link Perlach to Ostbahnhof and Neuperlach within 10 to 15 minutes.
If you're working at the large Siemens offices in nearby Neuperlach Süd, then that would be convenient.
