Munich International School

Munich International School, abreviated as MIS, is located south of Munich, near Starnberg. It is one of only two international secondary schools in Munich that teach in English and are open to all children - the other being the Bavarian International School.

Munich International School follows the International Baccalauréat curriculum. It has charity status and is "owned" by its association - the fee paying parents of the school. The Association vote in, from the parent community, a Board of Directors/Trustees and their role is to ensure the financial future of the school.

MIS accepts children from age 4 to 18 years.
