Haidhausen
Haidhausen is a residential district just to the east of the Munich city center. It ranks alongside Lehel, Schwabing, and Neuhausen in terms of desirability for the property.
A small part of Haidhausen is also referred to as the "French Quarter", since many of the streets are named after French cities, and the streets and places are arranged in a pattern oftentimes found in France. It has nothing to do with any French living here.
