Excellent menu and lots of south-Indian dishes. Unfortunately the south Indian dishes are only specially prepared by the south-Indian chef on two days of the week and are available on Mondays and one other day so I'll be going back to try them. The good thing was there were several dishes that I've not seen on any other menus in town such as Lamb Fry. They also served the best and thickest mango lassi I've ever had in Munich. Their free chutneys were not watered down as in several other Indian restaurants. And a lovely garden with lots of space. Pity it's in Trudering and 2 bus stops (get off at Schmückerstr.) from Trudering U-Bahn (U2) but still worth it for me to go back. They also offered our group an excellent buffet for € 16 which included a good mixed starter, a fish curry, a vegetarian curry, a paneer/cheese curry and a chicken curry with rice and freshly made Naan bread all of which were excellent. This was also the freshest Naan bread I have ever eaten. However, one had to wait quite a long time to get perfect and freshly made dishes of high quality. The service was very pleasant and friendly too.

This is one of the few indian restaurant (3 according to me) which serves really tasty and fresh food. South-indian dishes (weekends, dosa's) would be the only restaurant I know, which serves with fresh chutneys (if not mistaken, i have heard them say it is bio too). Very Very friendly Service,(which is also really important)
