@Magmax. Sadly, this Croat is bed-ridden and likely does not have long to live. Parties and invites are in the past for him.

Unhappy isnt really a sad enough discription....

my ex wouldnt let me talk or whatsapp with my daughter...

The torment is sometimes more painful than others

That is just nasty and perhaps vindictive. I expect when your daughter is older, she will be pretty pissed off with her mother. Did she give a reason why?

She is only happy when she is making other people miserable...

Her other daughter hasn't called her for that same reason...

But she did call me!

So you are in the same boat, but for a different reason...

As for my rights??      Sure i have rights... the right to shove my hand as deep as possible into my pocket!

I have been to court twice and won twice... but it means nothing to her Mom... its just more fodder for the next arguement!

I have joint custody... but she forgets when it suits!   When Things go wrong... yeah, you can guess who is to blame!

@ Frenchbean...    If Vindictive means nasty frightened control freak....   Then I think you may just be right!

That's exactly what our best friend had to endure. He never quit fighting for his paternal rights.

The good news: His daughter is of age several years now and contacts/visits him frequently since then.

Children aren't stupid. They notice.

I thought ( with my poor eyesight ) it was a ball of wool or something on the beach.

No, it was a dead goat. Probably fell off the cliff and drowned.

It even had a tagged number so must have belonged to a goat farmer.

Boyfriend and I split up last night/this morning. It’s my birthday tomorrow.

A new year, the perfect time for a fresh start.

Sorry to hear that...

Gott, gib mir die Gelassenheit, Dinge hinzunehmen, die ich nicht ändern kann,

den Mut, Dinge zu ändern, die ich ändern kann,

und die Weisheit, das eine vom anderen zu unterscheiden.
