I am having a glass of white wine in a hotel bar in Graz, Austria, praying and hoping that I can fly home to Stuttgart tomorrow.

If not, I take a drive to Munich and a train to Stuttgart. I wine is good and it helps.

I am sitting here looking at a bottle of sekt, trying to decide whether to open it. I have absolutely nothing to celebrate at the moment, but am thinking that I shouldn't need any better reason than the fact that it's Friday and I've survived another week in Germany. :P

You won that bet PES. I did open it, but I only had 3 glasses along with some Kägi-fretli. Had a lovely evening with the dogs, but it was too warm for a fire.

 

Now I'm sipping coffee and planning another nice long walk in the woods along with a quick stop at Edeka to get more Kägi-fretli. I'd forgotten how much I like it. :)
