Have you researched your family tree re those who arrived there?

My amazing 85 yo mother is a nationally renowned genealogy expert and knows where everyone in the family came from generations before they jumped the pond.  Btwn her and my paternal first cousin, a genealogy buff who is also descended from said poor Irish sods, there’s no need for me to do a thing.  😂

As I get older, I appreciate it when other people do the work😂

( Even when the older people do the work😂).

Not being nasty, believe me. My Greek lady neighbour at the office is only too happy to do the Kellerdienst tomorrow ( cash ) ... back in  Germany! Kellerdienst!😂

It helps her financially massively ( Husband buggered off and ruined her finances ) and  she is nice and part of the community in the building and I can't be too sure with the steps. Es ist so.

On Netflix

I started watching this…definitely good though got a bit too disturbing for me. Must be my age and getting more sensitive!

Maybe I’ve watched too much a Netflix over winter though there seems to be little of interest recently. The MH370 documentary was interesting though quite a few significant facts were omitted. Ancient Apocalypse is fascinating as it challenges scientific and archaeological long held theories. I quit the Harry and Meghan pity party after one episode.

Paul McCartney with hey Jude live in Argentina. Man, this guy really knows how to carry a crowd👍

Thx a million John for reminding me of this time in 2010.  The man is just phenomenal.  I saw him shortly before this concert, and yes, he carries a crowd.  At the time, my heart was broken, as I had lost my son in January and then my dad in May.  😥  But that July I sang my heart out with a sold out crowd in SF.  Paid $225 each for row-50 seats, and we all stood, mesmerized, for the whole 3 hours!  Among others, we sang Give Peace a Chance, followed by Let It Be, followed by Live and Let Live.  I sang; I cried; I held hubby’s hand, and in my grief and isolation I suddenly felt close to thousands of other people sharing Paul’s magic.  My son loved the Beatles, and I knew he was there with me.  I left that concert one step further on my healing journey.  That’s Paul.  He lifts you up.  🙏

❤️

I, unfortunately, never got to see the Beatles live. They came to my town in England when I was 12 ( maybe 11) and the fans queued  overnight and I didn't know what envy was. Didn't have the vocab. There was a wall where I was standing between them and me and I started throwing stones vaguely in their direction. A copper saw me in my school uniform, asked me my name and I got six of the best from the headmaster the next day😂.

On ONE this week there are a series of films about racisim in England. Steve McQueen directed and produced the films.

Small Axe

Court case in the US:

I personally still have two questions I didn't even use to ask?

Can a man get pregnant?

What is a woman?

The world has gone crazy??? ( latest question)..

Jeez...
