What are you watching right now?

Deutsche Welle is showing a Kick Off! Special showing people around the world watching the World Cup Final - people watching at home, in shops, in restaurants, in tiny venues and in large. African children, people everywhere. It's fascinating.

EDIT - It's over, but it was charming. US troops in Afghanistan, people in Nigeria and Senegal, Beijing, NZ, little African kids with German face paint, Brazilians cheering for Germany, people standing in darkened streets watching through shop windows, and a Spanish-speaking DJ shouting, Vamonos Teutones! Delightful!

My little one play a batman lego game. They're losing interest in all things mario since discovering comics and star wars. Kinda sad about that..

"Our Man Flint," 1966, James Coburn. I was listening to Brazilian music, "Corcovado" started playing, and being the good 1960's kid, it reminded me of that movie.

Going through some old series of Open all Hours on youtube, still brilliant and  Ronnie Barker is comic genius.
