I'm happy to report that I had my covid booster yesterday with none of the horrible side effects that I had with the other ones. I slept for 13 hrs. and that was it. Just a tad sluggish today.

Now sea levels are rising fast those far flung, low lying islands will become an expensive liability to The Crown. Better get rid a.s.a.p. - not like UK is still a leading naval power and needs a strategeic base in pirate infested waters in a poor bit of the globe, as in days of yore.

As I get older, I sleep less and less! On a good night, about 6 hours. Probably because I don't have to do a paper round as I did as a pre- and then teenager!😀

( And bloody dogs are an alarm clock😀)...

 

By the way, I'm not a maths teacher but do nights have 11 hours?😴

Absolutely , John! After my shift work , sleep has always been a problem. But seems to get easier , and all the power naps help.
