I love this test, it's great

The MBTI is a trade mark and is a paper test which can only be taken under supervision of accredited Type Professionals and is not available online. The humanmetrics test gives you an MBTI-like score as an result, though.

I'm surprised they can get away with it, actually.

If there's any validity to this then Heiss' review matches pretty accurately. At the same time so does ENTJ and a few others so I'm seeing this pretty much as some quackery based on a bit of standard (quack) psychological profiling.

 

The keirsey.com site calls me a "mastermind" and that profile is even closer to me... except so is "field marshall".

By the way, there was a very interesting artlicle about the Myers-Briggs personality test (ie, this thing) in a New Yorker article last year. Basic gist is that it was made up by some bored housewife whose daughter took a psych class in college. I personally think it's a bunch of BS, with results that can vary wildly based on the time of day. My ex-employers really loved this thing, but then again they also put a lot of faith in horoscopes.

@baddoggie, yeah, it's a typical INTJ attribute to dismiss this kind of thing as psychobabble quackery, so that's exactly the kind of reaction that's to be expected

the link you posted to typelogic is also pretty good, I used that one for my recent assignment as well

I bet Nadia is an INTJ as well ;)
