Recommendations for sending Mothers Day flowers

does anyone have any recommendations as to any online sites where you can order flowers to be sent to Mum back in UK? cheers!

I used Interflora last year I think. I don't think the flowers were for mothers day though I never bother with that.

Alternatively you could use yellow pages.uk to find a flower shop near your Mum and order direct, most florists will accept a phone order if you pay by CC.

Well, call me a sopp, or whatever you like, but i'll be flitting back to blighty to see the old girl - bless her - this weekend and hand delivering my flowers . Not sure i'll be doing it every year mind !!! It's also out of guilt at not seeing the folks since xmas... Still, she seems to be excited about it, so that's what counts !!!

After 5 years in Germany "forgetting" about UK Mother's Day, my old man (probably acting on the orders of my mother) pointed out that there were websites you could register with to get a reminder email before such events.

 

So rather than suffer the wrath of Torquemada, I have dutifully ordered the brutal massacre of some harmless botanical lifeforms to be presented as a sacrifice on my mother's doorstep on Sunday.
