Gasag Customers

Guten Tag Berlin Expats,

 

Is anyone here a Gasag customer and, if so, have you received your Jahresabrechnung yet? I haven't, although It usually arrives around end March/early April. I have received a couple of emails saying there are delays but no clear reason why.

 

I ask because my monthly payment was increased last year and is usually revised in the Jahresabrechnung. According to the media, the gas price is falling and I would like to reduce my monthly remittance but don't like to without knowing whether I get a rebate or have an additional charge to cover.
