The ESM Players proudly present JULIUS CAESAR by William Shakespeare 

 

Rome, March, 44 BC. 

 

Freshly appointed dictator of Rome for life, Julius Caesar, is warned – the Ides of March are to bring about a drastic career change for him. Yet, undaunted, Caesar ignores the warnings and is confronted with a group of wrathful senators, led by Brutus and Cassius. And it does not end well for Caesar. Mark Antony, who has formed a triumvirate with Octavius and Lepidus, vows to avenge Caesar’s death, unleashing the infuriated mob who takes to the streets… 

What will become of Rome?
