Well I care!

The speech in Parliament certainly indicates that there is medical research now to support the very clear observations that by the spring of this year the vaccines had become useless against the omicron variant and that development of improved vaccines had failed to keep pace with the virus mutations! Given how much governments spent on and promoted the vaccines it is not at all unreasonable to review how effective and safe they were and understand why decisions were made that, in the light of current knowledge, may have been unwise.

Masterpiece!

And?

Why are all these people fascinated or horrified at eating bugs?

I tried a high protein bar made of bugs. It was very crunchy. I didn't really enjoy the taste that much to be honest. Was not really for me.

Would I try a burger made of bugs? Sure why not?

Any idea how many you accidentally swallow in your salad?

Yeah, grasshoppers taste like black tea. I liked the crunch too.

I ate one once, think I was drunk.  I hoped they would be more like shrimps, as they are physically very similar.  I guess a bit like freshwater fish v saltwalter ones.  Shame really.  I can understand the disgust people have about the idea of eating maggots.  I like pea protein, tofu, tempeh and seitan.    Insects as food for chickens is a great idea.  Perhaps also for farmed fish?  I mean as a supplement for the closed systems they have in the Netherlands, for example.

Mushrooms are apparently the way to go. More Dutch influence, I guess.

Oh dear looks like the neo-hippy comedian  has been seeing and perhaps eating too many bugs, he seems to have notably more grey beard hair than he used to and should be careful not to get so wound up or he will give himself a vaccine induced heart attack.

Lol as if I am going to take advice on drug use from Russel Brand.

Russel Brand

2020–present: COVID-19 pandemic and YouTube channel

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Brand's YouTube channel underwent an increase in activity and change in political direction veering heavily in the direction of COVID denialism and conspiracy theories,[166] which led to an increase in popularity and has amassed more than 5.64 million subscribers and 726 million views.[167]

Due to having one of his videos taken down in September 2022 due to YouTube's policy on medical misinformation,[168] he moved his channel to Rumble where he has launched a new daily live show, Stay Free with Russell Brand.[169][170]

...

Columnist Charlotte Lytton accused Brand of pandering to the anti-vax movement as well as amplifying pro-Russian conspiracy theories with respect to the Russo-Ukrainian War.

...

On 16 September 2010, Brand was arrested on suspected battery charges after he allegedly attacked a paparazzo who blocked his and then-fiancée Katy Perry's way to catch a flight at Los Angeles International Airport.[171] The paparazzo placed Brand under citizen's arrest until the police arrived and he was released from custody the next day after posting US$20,000 bail.[172]

Whadda guy...
