Insults in social media

Surely though it all comes down to the judgement on what is an insult?

For example calling Mr.Bear a moron is actually a compliment though I  suppose it is an insult to morons.

Calling Mr. Bear a moron is illegal.

 

Callin him Mr. "Vaccine causes HIV" is legal, he said that and he doesn't even find anything wrong with that statement.

For someone who is too stupid to detect and interpret blatant sarcasm and apply the parallel to the argument he is using, you sure do spend an inordinate amount of time on a TT thread trying to prove nothing about absolutely nothing.
