Changing Public health insurance provider

Dear members.


For more than 3.5 year I am insured under BARMER and None of their staff had any conversation in English at all of their venues with their insurer.


But at TK and AOK this  is not the case. They have dedicated English speaking staff.


I am not satisfied with BARMER


At this point of time will I be able to shift my Health insurance provider.?
