Maybe I am lucky but I have never had a bad oyster but I can sympathise, on my first visit to the US, following a really lovely meal of clams in Providence RI I ended stuck in the toilet emptying myself from both ends for 2 days, the person with me had the same meal and had no problems! Following that I did not eat any fish for about 5 years.

Just took a gorgeous 2 hour fall walk in my Swiss backyard, followed by a wickedly good homemade tuna cheese melt, a reminder of childhood days. It’s 6 am in NY. The big day is finally here. 🍿 Let’s hope it goes well for us, we the people that is. 🙏. I’ll be at choir practice, singin’ away, when it starts, which is probably best for me. 😊
