A lot of older men are identfying in to women's sports.  On amateur level in the UK.  Like 50 year old men playing on a team of 18 to 25 years olds.

What were they playing, indoor bowls.

Just when I (and the rest of the sane world) thought he couldn't embarrass himself more.

I'm sure everyone in Wyoming will buy one though.

Homer Simpson in an old episode:

Marge: Just be patient Homie. Just seven more seconds until it's done.

Homer: Seven seconds! I can't wait that long!

(I've included Hooperski's Simpson joke because it's one of my favorites.)

Don't jump to conclusions! In 1973, Billie Jean King, 29, beat Bobby  Riggs, 59. King was at the time the women's top tennis ranker; Riggs had been the #1 men's player. The final score was 6-4, 6-3, 6-3.

Who knew one could be a judge without a law degree?

Quote

Following years of controversy, a former Las Vegas city councilwoman who moved to a rural Nevada county after losing a bid in November for statewide office was appointed unanimously Tuesday evening to a local judgeship.

Republican firebrand Michele Fiore, who does not have a law degree, will fill a seat on the Pahrump Justice Court in Nye County through 2024. Pahrump is located about 65 miles (100 kilometers) west of Las Vegas.

Her appointment to the bench over 17 other applicants marks the latest chapter in a decade-long political career marked by scandal – including reports of an FBI probe into her campaign finances and accusations of physical assault.
