In this case it seems natural to ask other participants on this forum - what do you think?

@fraufruit  I hope you know that vaccines are only made from 2 strains of virus... theoretically.

In the Far East it is normal to wear a mask during a normal flu season, Japanese and Chinese to it a lot.

It is normal to wear masks year round in the cities because of pollution.

I’m flying to the US in 2 weeks, for 2 weeks, to visit my mother while she’s recovering from a fall. I’m going to wear that FFP mask in the airports and on the plane rides to do all I can to minimize getting a cold, flu, or Covid. I resisted going to a recent musical here too because it’s indoors, full, and seating is close.  I really don’t wanna pass these things on to Mom if I can help it.

My 2 cents to you: 

prepare your immune system, start taking vitamin C, D, Zinc and black cumin oil.

 

Now it's cold and are a lot of passengers sick with flu, God knows who got the flu or who has c-19.

My wife was infected with c-19 after an American sneezed near her, 15 cm away, she works at the airport.

TBH, just because he had a muscly body, does not mean he was healthy.

Did he eat a well-balanced healthy diet, I doubt it. Bodybuliders have an extreme diet, not conducive to a long, healthy life.
