Hi All,
After seeing several questions on this forum about apartment search I have decided to summarize my 16 years of experience renting different apartments in Munich city center and in the countryside into a short video. Hope it would be useful:

Sorry to break it to you... but... the acoustics on your vid are beyond terrible. And your delivery is too quick (garbled). Cannot understand a word you are saying. I had to strain to decipher what language you are speaking. Yes, it is that bad.

Yes, the acoustics could be better, and her accent is heavy, but even listening with an iPad I could follow it.

Weird, I clicked on it expecting to feel the same way, as I often have that problem with YouTube videos.

Yeah, she could have a dedicated mic which would solve the acoustics problem, but I guess you haven't seen videos where the acoustics actually are beyond terrible... her video is pretty average I would say, as far as acoustics are concerned. (Listened on my shitty laptop speakers)

Agree, with headphones it doesn't sound so bad. The microphone is just too far, but it's OK...

While it is true that the sound can be improved I had no problems.   You must be the English version of those Germans who never spoke to foreigners and say they do not understand anything when a foreigner uses a wrong declination.

As Russian I can for sure tell you that the accent in the video is incredibly far away from Russian. Given that she says she lives in Muc for 16 years already... And yes, it does sound way more like French accent for me (key is a lot of "u" sounds).
