Indian IT service companies in Germany

What is happening in IT in Germany ?

last years I am getting requests for potential job offers mostly from Indian IT Firms. (Tata, HCL, TechM, Wipro etc...)

it  seems that most of the  leading and Fortune 500 German companies are served from Indian IT Firms

And these Indian Firms hiring only if there is no chance to outsource in India due to Language or other requirements, but 90% of the work is outsourced, soon in IT there will be no working place left in Germany

Pretty much so. High level IT is in India, low to mid level in Eastern Europe, the IT call centers, Bulgaria, Malta, Columbia etc. In Germany you will only find the low paid arse-crack showing IT tech weenie crawling under the Users table, covered in dust and dried foot sweat (don´t ask) and some specialist stuff.

All being outsourced. Not only because of price, but because Germans are crap at software. Guess what? Overengineering is a disaster for SW.

This was  a writing on the wall, specially when you hit an year which forces you to optimize costs.

My experience is that companies will continue to own IT service management roles, Product owner roles and other things will be moving out. I mean the Indian firms are still quite tiny here, its companies like Accenture, Capgemini etc which are already quite big here and have big outsourcing/nearshoring centers.

Indian firms potentially hire Client Partners, Sales, Account Managers who are local talent.
