Twice-impeached former single-term President Donald "Jenius" T**** and his lackeys

All of that and knows he can't win Trump's case.

The part I like best about the impeachment trial is all the GOP's who have already said they won't vote for conviction before hearing the evidence and witnesses.

So, follow this:

Good ol' Lindsey Graham is worried about having lots of discovery and fired this warning shot on Fox News.

Quote

Senator Lindsey Graham was on “Fox News Primetime,” Monday, where he discussed the upcoming impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump. He warned that if his Democtratic colleagues called witnesses to testify against Trump for inciting the violence at the Capitol, then he’ll get the FBI involved.

“I think we know what happened that day,” said Graham. “But if you open up that can of worms, we’ll want the FBI to come in and tell us how people actually pre-planned these attacks and what happened with the security footprint at the Capitol.”

“You open up Pandora's box if you call one witness,” he continued. “I hope we don’t call any and we vote and get this trial over next week when it starts.”

But who, exactly, was he warning? Legal Twitter is speculating that Graham is actually warning fellow GOPers that FBI testimony and the attendant discovery is going to get a lot of them directly in hot water and to get with the program.

Mitch McConnell is spelling out part of the program.

Quote

Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell on Monday issued a tacit rebuke of controversial Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, slamming the Georgia Republican's "loony lies and conspiracy theories" as a "cancer" for the party.

"Loony lies and conspiracy theories are cancer for the Republican Party and our country," McConnell said in a statement. "Somebody who's suggested that perhaps no airplane hit the Pentagon on 9/11, that horrifying school shootings were pre-staged, and that the Clintons crashed JFK Jr.'s airplane is not living in reality. This has nothing to do with the challenges facing American families or the robust debates on substance that can strengthen our party."

While McConnell did not name Greene directly, his statement stands as a scathing rebuke of the freshman Republican House member. The Hill first reported on the statement.

It seems McConnell's statement to the GOP is "Let's give them this one."

Susan Collins is providing the other half of the playbook.

Quote

A censure effort led by U.S. Sen. Susan Collins would bar former President Donald Trump from holding the office again while avoiding an impeachment trial, a Democrat drafting it with her said on Wednesday.

The proposal from Collins and Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Virginia, was criticized by some as toothless after it was first reported by Axios on Tuesday. But it was fleshed out in interviews over the course of Wednesday in which Democrats pitched the effort as a bid to disqualify the president from running again — perhaps without a trial.

Sen. Chris Coons, D-Delaware, told reporters in Washington that Collins and Kaine’s censure will “include the elements of the 14th Amendment” — a response to the Civil War that says those who have engaged in insurrection against the country cannot serve in federal office and allows Congress to enforce that provision — “that lead to disqualification from future office.”

In other words, she is saying to the Democratic-held government, "This would be the best you could get out of the trial. Let us give that to you in lieu of all that pesky discovery that will most certainly end with GOP Senators and Congresspeople being implicated as complicit in the violence and destruction."

If Collins olive branch doesn't convince you, you should really consider Mitch's insertion of his freshman colleague under the large, multi-person transportation vehicle as the clincher. And good ol' Linds? Well, he's just trying to make sure all the lesser evils have gotten the message.

"Capitol rioters didn’t actually vote in election they claimed was stolen -
Ex-Marine with extremist affiliations among Trump mob failed to cast a ballot"

Quote

Rioters who stormed the US Capitol building with claims the presidential race was “stolen”, were discovered to have not actually voted at the election.

According to analysis by CNN, several rioters who were arrested after the 6 January assault on Congress were not on state voting records, despite crowds carrying out the attack with claims Donald Trump won.

The mob delayed the confirmation of Joe Biden’s election victory, which was taking place as Trump supporters rallied before breaking-into the Capitol building.

But, as CNN reported, as many as eight rioters who were charged afterwards did not appear to have voted for either candidate on 3 November, in an election won by Mr Biden.

Trump told them not to vote because the election would be rigged. Especially no mail in votes.

That's pretty much how he lost the election.

No he won by a landslide. Even Joe himself admitted to fraud. Everyone is waiting till he gets the 25th amendment then they try to swap him for Kamala, who will be a riot. No way will he last 4 years.

Wasn`t Collins the senator who keeps saying that "Trump will learn from this" etc etc and kept on with that over time despite it being total bollocks ?

Make your fucking mind up.

1.Biden will not be inaugurated.

2.Biden etc will all be arrested on 20/1.

3.Trump will be sworn in as President on 4/3

4.Trump is still President because Biden was found out and Trump didn`t want it made public for the good of the country so Biden was sworn in but Trump is pulling the strings behind the scenes.

You`ve said all these.

Which one is the final one you`re going to stick to.

Let me guess, none of them. You`ll keep being proved wrong but your alcohol addled deluded brain will just allow you to move the goalposts every time despite NOT 1 SINGLE THING YOU HAVE SAID SINCE TRUMP WAS MADE PRESIDENT HAS HAPPENED.

Reminds me of Hells Angels and other rowdies who were counter-protesting against anti-war protesters in the late 1960s. A group were saying, 'We'll fight the Viet Cong on the beaches in California, we'll fight the Commies in the streets.' When asked, 'Why don't you join the Army and fight against them in Viet Nam?', there was a sudden silence and a shuffling of feet. 'Uh, I've got a felony conviction, can't enlist.'
Well, things have changed in 50 years. Now it's the veterans who are collecting felonies through their pro-Trump protests. Those who chose not to vote in recent elections are likely to find that because of their illegal activities, those felony convictions may prevent them from voting in the future. Felonies also affect employment, felons can't associate with other felons, felons  can't carry firearms, etc.
These laws about felonies aren't uniform across the states.

One of the fellow Americans in my local circle of acquaintances has been, and is, a rabid Trump supporter and self-professed GOP „cheerleader“.  He is especially fond of arguing with Germans who express dislike for Trump, telling them how great Trump is, how wonderful Trump has been for the US, and how Trump was „cheated“ out of a second term.

He recently admitted to me that he has never voted in any election.

This is going to be fun.

Georgia secretary of state opens investigation into Lin Wood over illegal voting allegations

Quote

Georgia's secretary of state office has opened an invesitgation into whether pro-Trump attorney Lin Wood voted illegally in the the November election.

ABC's Atlanta affiliate station, WSB-TV, first reported the investigation into Wood, which Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's (R) office later confirmed to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, NPR and other news outlets.

The investigation comes after Wood became one of the most prominent legal voices in former President Trump's campaign to overturn election results in key states over unsubstantiated claims of widespread voter fraud.

In an emailed statement to NBC News, the secretary of state's office said the ongoing investigation is focused on whether Wood was "a legal resident when he voted in November in light of an email he sent to [WSB-TV reporter] Justin Gray saying he has been domiciled in South Carolina for several months."

Oh dear, seems Jen Psaki doesn't know what Space Force actually is...

Seems she changed her tune at light speed:

Why has the incoming administration not yet met Space Force? Those of you who ridicule Space Force may like to check it out:

Of course it hasn't, they never do (talking about the topic in general).

It's a rolling 'this will happen' situation where nothing ever does. Should however something even come close to happening, then that is pushed as validation for everything.

Anything that doesn't happen is in a box and has nothing to do with anything, anything that does happen applies to everything else said.

This is the whole point of the entire situation, to grab people, to draw them in,  to make them accept that things are connected, unless something doesn't happen, then that wasn't.

It is to twist people around a crazy thought process until they think differently but still see it as logic. We however, the rest of us, we just don't see it, we are blind, we are just not in tune.

It's basically like saying you are great at hitting the bullseye with a dart, throwing 300 darts at the board, have 299 miss the target, last one hits and then saying 'told you so, I'm fantastic at this game'..

Which you can apply to while brexit benefit debate as well.

Exclusive: U.S. mulls using law designed to prosecute Mafia against Capitol rioters

Quote

The U.S. Justice Department is considering whether to charge members of far-right groups involved in the deadly Jan. 6 storming of the Capitol under a federal law usually used against organized crime, according to two law enforcement sources.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, known as RICO, enables prosecutors to combat certain ongoing racketeering crimes such as murder, kidnapping, bribery and money laundering. The 1970 statute provides for hefty criminal penalties including up to 20 years in prison and seizure of assets obtained illegally through a criminal enterprise.

The sources, a current law enforcement official and a former official who recently left the federal government, said using the RICO statute to charge people involved in the Capitol violence is being debated within the Justice Department, with no final decision made. The sources spoke on condition of anonymity.

The siege by supporters of former President Donald Trump left five dead including a police officer. It is not yet clear if cases arising from it meet "statutory elements" necessary for a RICO charge, the former federal official said.

"This is something that is being mulled over in the halls of DOJ," the official added, using the department's initials.

Here's how you get Trump...the same way the DOJ put Gotti away. Start the RICO trials. Weak fuckers who didn't get paid enough and are really too soft for a federal pen will start squawking like it's their job. Ask Tarrio. 😂😂😂😂
