Is there anyone familiar with the U.S. education system for training teachers that would have an idea how to translate: Graduate Certificate in... endorsement in...? 

This would be for a Lebenslauf.

I have a graduate certificate in addition to an MA, but I didn’t translate it on my Lebenslauf. I figured if they aren’t sure what it is, they could simply ask; it’s never come up though 🤷🏿‍♀️

Yeah, I had previous done some research, but couldn't figure out how to translate these phrases. I figured I could just explain to them what they need to know. I suppose that is also what I'll do with the phrase Secondary English. Thanks for the help.
