Artist Studio Space Needed (or place to find one)

We're Looking for a 20-40 sq ft space for 2-3 artists. Needs access to private or shared toilet, large utility sink and natural light. Raw space (concrete floor/white walls) and ground floor or elevator a plus. Shared building fine, but studio must be private, secure, and lockable. €200-400 all inclusive depending on size. ~15 min walk from Krausnickstraße. Secure bike storage. Lease to start in February/March.

 

If you don't know along these lines, do you know where one might find something similar (immobilienscout24.de industrial and commercial search was no help) and already checked out ArtStar, 
ArtConnect, ArtLink, and BBK Resource Group.

Either increase your budget or consider looking in a cheaper area that hasn't yet been gentrified.

@katheliz Yes! you're correct, sq m! @engelchen Are you aware of options in the Mitte area (at any price range) my search on a few sites wasn't filtered by prices and still nothing but finished office and coworking space, or giant 1000+ sq m warehouse space was all that would come up.

I suspect the few spaces left in the area never get advertised on the open market. Networking is difficult in times of social distancing, but if you already have contacts in the area ask around. You can also try the agency in the Torstr.
