Probably not as this is Germany and you need a license for everything and they will want their taxes obviously.

Well you need to advertise your service. As far as I know (I believe even you know) such services are advertised locally through eBay-Kleinanzeige and Word of mouths.

You could sign up as a contractor on AnyVan.de or MyHammer maybe?

Obviously it would be better to do your own marketing and generate leads, as these platforms charge you to access leads.

They pay 75 EUR for a 3 hours block, which can be done in 2 to 4 hours depending on your experience and the area.   Sure, not the best, but can be profitable and some people have fun doing it.   There are some German Youtubers who have tried and the conclusion was that it is not that bad.

Is that all-in? Or do they pay extra for expenses (fuel, vehicle wear+tear)?

€25 per hour - but you will be a subcontractor.

So need Gewerbeschein, pay taxes, watch out for Krankeversicherung etc.

And of course, find a few other companies to work for before the FA calls you "Scheinselbsständig"

Try googling for Amazon-Flex...
