One of my students is a recruiting rep for a certain company that produces juices in foil pouches... 

 

... he she it mentioned there are about 30 positions that need to be filled, most in production, but also management and marketing, 

 

and he she it is very stressed trying to find suitible applicants...

Where near mannheim and what positions are they looking to fill, pay, hours etc?

Pretty sure Tor is not a recruitment consultant.  If you are looking for a job in the foil wrapped fruit juice department you really need a bit more get up and go.

For production work: 

it will be noisy,

might be cooler (13-15°C) working temperature,

humid environment with juice smell,

one should be muscular to move stuff,

can't have break as the production doesn't stop, no communication with collegue as distraction can effect production,

 

and all these at minimum wage. Its just my guess from the production video that I saw in YouTube.

bwahahahahaha. But foil wrapped fruit juice production has been a dream since I was a child. I was just curious as it was local ish
