Is Prince Harry revolting?

Is that something we really needed to know?  Granted, his question was also not necessary.  🤷‍♀️  Just sayin'.

Even if there were a picture you never know whether its  faked one. Nowadays ist pretty easy to fake a picture.

I like this quote from today's Daily Beast:

Meghan Markle is showing little girls how a modern Cinderella rolls. When the prince shows up with the glass slipper, this princess says, “We don’t actually need a palace, and I can buy my own shoes.”

After spending six weeks in Canada, Prince Harry and Meghan flew back to London on Tuesday without their son. Wednesday they went to the Canada’s High Commission in London, camera team in tow to thank Canadians for the lovely time they had had in Canada. They don’t like the press but when it suits them they take a camera crew with them. Meghan then flew back to Canada on Thursday without her husband.

It would be interesting to know if they flew privately or with a normal plane and also who paid for the flights and security. Their carbon footprint is also a big issue.

“One thing the royal couple might need to consider is immigration laws. Canada is part of the Commonwealth and Prince Harry's grandmother the Queen is the head of state so although he will see her face on the currency, he's not a citizen. As a Briton, the prince is entitled to spend up to six months a year as a visitor in Canada - anything longer than that and he would have to apply for a visa. As an American citizen, the same rules apply for his wife”.

If I were the Queen,  I would kindly request the Canadian Government not to grant them a visa. That would really put a spanner in their works.

As well as tax residency!

Their combined income sounds like they are financially independent. Maybe they should start paying towards their security detail? Or will the RCMP pick up this duty if they get a Canadian visa?

If they can work out an acceptable path, then good luck to them. But, it is a job they want to leave, so why should they get everything they want?!

I am surprised that they showed lack of respect to the Queen. Meghan's mum showed more class in her actions at the wedding.

They said they will live half half in the UK and NA. What's the problem?

Harry can't help that he was born a royal. Why should he/they pay all security costs? I can imagine that Meghan had security costs before she met Harry being a famous person all on her own.

They are committed to flying commercial when going private. That is well known.

I can't understand why people hold them to such a high standard when they have made it clear that they want their lives to be different.

Ah, but happy to have complete millions of pounds to renovate Frogmore cottage and the extravagant wedding😏

Frogmore was a gift from the Queen. I think she has too much class to take it back. They are willing to pay back the reno if requested.

Are you privy to what they want? I haven't seen/read anything about that.

If their visas are an issue they can certainly scrounge up enough cash to apply under investor class.

That is a typical example.  The idea that the money the Crown Estate money is something private belonging to the Royal Family is just plain wrong.

In case anyone missed it, Meghan has signed a contract with Disney to do a voice over provided that her money goes to Elephants Without Borders charity. Doesn't look like she is hurting for money.

They are hardly going to end up living under a bridge.  They are two of the most wealthy and privileged people in the world.
