Oh dear. For those who want to know what the hell happened in Ukraine to cause this scandal (and keep repeating "debunked" like a mantra) Glenn Beck describes a 1.5 billion dollar US taxpayer money laundering system:

These people are in utterly deep trouble. Noone knows where the 1.8 billion dollars is which Joe Biden refers to in the filmed CFR meeting. Burisma Holdings was identified by the UK Serious Fraud Office well before Hunter Biden was involved.

Psalm 109:8-16 King James Version (KJV)

Let his days be few; and let another take his office.

Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow.

10 Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg: let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places.

11 Let the extortioner catch all that he hath; and let the strangers spoil his labour.

12 Let there be none to extend mercy unto him: neither let there be any to favour his fatherless children.

13 Let his posterity be cut off; and in the generation following let their name be blotted out.

14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the Lord; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.

15 Let them be before the Lord continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth.

16 Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man, that he might even slay the broken in heart.

The Freedom Medal winner speaks -

Quote

Days after being awarded the Medal of Freedom during President Trump’s State of the Union address, right-wing talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh wondered aloud about how, in a general election face-off, “Mr. Man, Donald Trump” would “have fun” with Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg’s sexuality.

Limbaugh, who recently announced that he’s been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer, was back on the air Wednesday and weighed in on Tuesday’s New Hampshire primary results.

In a segment first flagged by Media Matters, Limbaugh said the Democratic establishment is faced with some “hard cold truths” about the state of the race over the fact that democratic socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is the frontrunner, followed closely by Buttigieg, which Limbaugh pronounced as “Booty-gieg.”

“So you’re faced with dyed-in-the-wool socialist who’s not even a Democrat,” the conservative talker declared. “A gay guy, 37 years old, loves kissing his husband on debate stages. Can you see Trump have fun with that?”

He went on to say that the “grand poobahs” of the party are probably thinking that they can’t win with Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN)—who produced a strong third-place finish in New Hampshire—stating that they believe Trump will “wipe the floor with her.” He further asserted that they couldn’t allow Trump to beat two Democratic women in a row in the general election.

“They’re sitting there and they’re looking at Mayor Pete, 37-year-old gay guy, mayor of South Bend, loves to kiss his husband on the debate stage,” continued Limbaugh, who has previously declared that heterosexuals are “under assault.”

“And they’re saying, ‘OK, how’s this going to look, 37-year-old gay guy kissing his husband on stage next to Mr. Man Donald Trump? What’s going to happen there?’”

“And they got to be looking at that, and they’ve got to be saying, that despite all the great progress and despite all the great wokeness, and despite all the great ground that's been covered, America's still not ready to elect a gay guy kissing his husband on the debate stage president,’ he added. “They have to be saying this, don’t they?!”

Limbaugh concluded his tirade by saying that some Democrats may “think that is the ticket” and that they need to get a “gay guy kissing his husband on stage” to “ram it down Trump’s throat.”

I hope to see Trump have fun with that. It will kill him.

Another nutter? Waste 13 minutes of this video and hear him out. You will learn why the alliance with Saudi Arabia is so vital to US stability. Most of the left have zero clue about any of this with all their "free money" nonsense. They'd rather side with an opposing unstable regime ("Austere religious scholar" my arse) than a loyal ally.

If it weren't for oil your country would be living like the Amish over the entire country (not that the Amish lifestyle isn't actually cool in a way).

One recurring trait that is noticeable pretty quickly among conspiracy theorists is that they like to tell people they will 'learn' something by watching or reading whatever piece of hokum they've found on the interwebs, and 'if only the other person would open their eyes'.. etc-  It's usually followed quite soon after by them calling the other person a 'sheep' or a 'lemming'. Trump the con man loves people like Jeremy.

I'm not going to have a debate on anything where Glenn Beck has been involved at any point. Try harder.

While the left is clueless, most of them and most Europeans have missed the shale revolution and the fact that the US is a net exporter of oil now.   Keeping the world energy supply stable is no longer a top prio for the US and some idiotic countries have so egregiously underfunded their militaries over the past 50 years that they won't be able to secure energy supplies.   Oh well.

Speaking of Donald J Trump:

5e45bc3a759dc_TrumpShootsLibertyon5thAve

Trump assails DOJ prosecuters, Roger Stone's sentencing judge (who's also a woman, by the way), and the jury that convicted Stone.

Why does all this remind me of Judge Roland Freisler, President of the Nazi Volkssgerichtshof, who sentenced the Valkyrie conspirators convicted of attempting to assassinate Hitler in 1944. He too was accustomed to vilifying, demeaning, and mocking the prisoners who came before him.

President Donald Trump demanded New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) drop all of New York state’s lawsuits against him prior to a meeting between the two on Thursday to discuss the suspension of travel programs that would benefit immigrants, along with other New Yorkers.

“He must understand that National Security far exceeds politics,” Trump said a week after the Department of Homeland Security announced it was suspending New York residents from participating in Trusted Traveler Programs such as Global Entry that make it easier to return to the U.S. from foreign trips. The move was in response to New York passing the “Green Light Law,” which allows undocumented immigrants to obtain drivers licenses and participate in the TTP.

Trump implied that the suspension could be lifted with a quid pro quo.

“New York must stop all of its unnecessary lawsuits & harassment, start cleaning itself up, and lower taxes,” he tweeted...

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-N.Y.) said in a tweet that Trump “is publicly admitting that he is holding Global Entry for New Yorkers hostage in exchange for dropping lawsuits against him and his family’s lawbreaking behavior.”

“This is corrupt, illegal, and authoritarian,” she added.

Even his staunchest supporters know he is fucking up -

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) suggested President Donald Trump should exercise some restraint on social media after the president seemed to confirm in a tweet that Attorney General William Barr had intervened in the sentencing of Roger Stone.

The senator and Trump ally rebuffed Democrats’ calls for a hearing to investigate the president’s possible interference in the sentencing of his friend and former adviser. Graham also told CNN congressional correspondent Manu Raju on Wednesday to put himself in Trump’s shoes and understand his feeling that “people are out to get him.”

Graham added, however, that while he’d told Trump it was understandable how he was feeling, “tweeting about an ongoing criminal matter is not appropriate.”

In an exclusive interview, Attorney General Bill Barr told ABC News on Thursday that President Donald Trump "has never asked me to do anything in a criminal case” but should stop tweeting about the Justice Department because his tweets “make it impossible for me to do my job.”

Barr’s comments are a rare break with a president who the attorney general has aligned himself with and fiercely defended. But it also puts Barr in line with many of Trump’s supporters on Capitol Hill who say they support the president but wish he’d cut back on his tweets.

“I think it’s time to stop the tweeting about Department of Justice criminal cases,” Barr told ABC News Chief Justice Correspondent Pierre Thomas.

This administration just hates transparency but at least this time they can't call it fake news -

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Thursday said he is “outraged” by the U.N.'s publication of a list of companies accused of violating Palestinian human rights by operating in Israel's West Bank settlements.

In a statement, Pompeo said the list supports a Palestinian-led boycott movement and “delegitimizes” Israel. He urged other countries to join the U.S. in rejecting the effort.

“The United States has long opposed the creation or release of this database,” Pompeo said. “Its publication only confirms the unrelenting anti-Israel bias so prevalent at the United Nations.”

The database, released Wednesday after years of delays, listed 112 companies that the U.N. human rights office said are complicit in rights violations by bolstering Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank and Israeli-annexed east Jerusalem.

The list is dominated by Israeli companies, including major banks, construction companies, supermarkets and gas stations. But it also includes a number of global brands, including American firms Airbnb, General Mills and Motorola Solutions.
