Gentleman With Van Berlin - My friendly Europe-wide moving service

Do you need a 'man with van' service but you are concerned about the type of MAN that might turn up with a grubby VAN to handle your valuable personal items? Well, it is time to meet GentleMan With Van Berlin!

See what my customers are saying about me here:

My main aim is to take the stress OUT of moving your stuff: I will arrive full of energy with a clean van and a calm considerate attitude ready to move, lift or assemble whatever you need. The 'GentleMan With Van’ service includes me, the GentleMan, as part of the deal.

I have ramps, trolleys and clever systems to enable me to move large items of furniture and heavy items such as washing machines up and down stairs and in and out of my van without anyone needing to put their back out. I am also a fantastic ‘tessellater’ & will protect all your items with 'wooly van mats', luggage straps and plastic wrap.

Paul is an absolute lifesaver. He helped me out recently with a pretty complicated move involving several jobs (getting new furniture from Ikea, moving furniture from my old apartment, taking stuff from my Keller to BSR as well as some small handyman jobs). This is not the first time I'm moving within Berlin and have used similar services before but the way Paul goes about his job sets him apart, in my opinion, from the crowd. He's thorough, professional, doesn't rush (which those who have used similar services would know is a rare quality to come across) and takes good care of the stuff he's moving. I was also quite impressed with his flexibility (he happily accommodated some of my ad-hoc requests).

I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a mover to use his services.

Thanks again Paul and good luck!

Paul has an amazing 'can-do attitude', he can always think of a solution! He packs like a master Tetris mover.

We have hired him three times, all great experiences. Recently he worked with my partner on a very complicated deconstruction of shelving unit, which he then moved. He was the perfect guy for the job. He is careful, and respectful, which is very rare in the Berlin moving Umzug trade.

I would recommend Paul to anyone who wants a professional job, but without dealing with a company. Also, Paul speaks perfect Deutsch and English, which comes in handy with any issues.

I'm worried that he is going to get too busy, and we can't so easily book him in the future!

Paul did my move from Mainz to Berlin last week.  The communication in advance was really good and he was really helpful offering lots of tips about Berlin and preparing for the move.

On the day of the move, he packed everything very thouroughly and securely. We got a tracking link to see where he was on the way to Berlin, so my girlfriend knew when to expect him.  Everything ran smoothly, nothing was broken, so I'm happy!
