Difference when you dress up and down

I can feel significant differences.

In winter, I always feel very cold, wear thick winter coat all time even inside of buildings. People treat me with indifference.

In summer, I can wear lovely summer clothes, and I always buy quite a bit of different summer clothes. Since I wear small size, I think it makes me look cute in small summer clothes. I feel people, especially men, treat me very differently. If I ask something, they show much attention and care to answer me and help me. When they talk with me, they show full attention and look at me while talking with me.

This morning, bumped in with one guy acquaintance. He did not reckon with me all winter, so I was just trying to walk by, but he gave me such ardent smile with full attention. I am in a dress that I got from an Italian store, simple design, short, elegant. He is over 190cm.

Last week, I was in another Italian dress, about knee length, nice cut to show collar bones and shoulders. Several girls told me I look good in this dress. Another guy was looking at me when we were walking walking toward each other. We passed by, then I felt something, so I looked back, he was looking back at me with a facial expression of amusement while walking in his direction. I stared back at him, and tried to figure out if I know him. I think I never saw him before. BTW he is enormously tall, should be 200cm+.

Quite a few times, when I walk to work or to home, some people pass by me on bike and look back at me. Exclusively, they are all guys, more often old guys. I think they should be very disappointed to see this face. My skin is horrible in summer  :)

I found that only guys pay attention to me in summer, and most of them are very or enormously tall. And when they look at me, their facial expression is a bit like amused. I do not feel offended as long as they are not my boss. On the contrary, I kind of enjoy this.

Interestingly, or as compensation, woman are less nice to me in summer, or I feel that if they can, they would exclude me from any group.

Not interesting, but it should tell you something. You're self-obsessed. It's repellant.

If not interesting, just walk away.

self conscious.

Do you do an affectedly feminine walk when you are in your pretty dresses?

When the guys were rioting in my presence one time, it was because the bow tie at back of my dress was tucked into my knickers... yes, really. And there was I thinking I must be ovulating. Looked in the mirror at home and nearly died of embarrassment.

I found my dazzle faded after about age 36.

And yeah, female envy. Sucks. You must be very cute. Enjoy it while it lasts.

@SmurfLee

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Some people will find you attractive and some people will think you're a complete pig.

There is no winning combination unless you're one of the lucky ones that was born drop dead gorgeous which I highly doubt or we wouldn't be having this combination.

Just wondering about the men that keep looking at you, are you still wearing those massive sandals?

If yes then they might be thinking your boyfriend/husband has big feet cause you've got the wrong shoes on.:D

My dresses are all so simple, elegant, and well covered important parts. From any angle, for any gesture, no possibility for exposure. No room for such disaster  :)

Yes, I am cute, that I heard many times  :)

And I do enjoy this. The only time I would not like this is that if that comes from my supervisor.

True, mostly, very tall men pay attention to me, and not all of tall men. Cannot remember any short man paid attention to me.

No I am not gorgeous at all. This I know very clearly.

I wear them only at home. The smallest sandal size at Rossmann is 38, and I did not bother searching around for smaller size.

At work I wear size 35 ballerina leather shoes to match my elegant dresses.

To work out, I wear 35.5 Nike or 34 Adidas. The 2 brands have different size definition.

Cute dwarf but not gorgeous with bad skin. Hmm. I think you make those tall guys feel like real men. But probably the ones that aren't. Or they are thinking you are just about the right height for certain activities...

Perhaps that is because people are being polite and you're not pretty enough to be called beautiful.

Well, a photo - verified, not scraped from instagram - should put an end to the suspense

some are told indirectly.

A guy told a girl, and the girl told me.

I do not need confirmation. I am cute, and it is reflected in how people interact with me.

Any why guys are not polite to me in winter?

Absolutely not.

As I said I do not need any confirmation from anyone here.

The point I am saying, how people treat you differently based on your appearance.

But we all know that..  have you not heard "First impressions last"..

But remind me, what is the purpose of this thread..?  Is it to remind us all that you think you are beautiful or cute?

Is it because you are on you Morning break and have nothing better to do?

If your life is so perfect, what are you doing logging into TT?

I wasn't expecting you to take it seriously.

If you want honest opinions here, you have to post a photo of you! Otherwise, we're all in the dark, imagining all kind of things.
