The issue came up during the debate.  It is noteworthy since Warren and Sanders had been very friendly until Warren or someone on her staff leaked the story to the NYT about Bernie's alleged remark.   

 

Only two people were there and Warren passed on every opportunity to reject the story.

Bernie's supporters are furious with

 

1.  the NYT

2.  CNN for the hostile questions

3.  Elizabeth Warren

 

Warren passed on the chance to show solidarity and tell the audience that Bernie never said that a woman couldn't win. 

 

There were only two people at that 2018 meeting, and i don't think Bernie or one of his proxies leaked those comments to the NYT the day before the debate.  

 

She may pick up some points in Iowa, but her campaign is dead.   

 

Ugly.

Either she is lying or Bernie is lying.   

 

Bernie's answer allowed her to be conciliatory and suggest that the NYT story was overblown or outright false,  and she passed on the opportunity.   Based on that, i would guess that her camp leaked the story.

Her failure to reject the question implies that she is accusing Bernie of lying.   Either Bernie or Liz has not not come clean.  

 

She is a terrible candidate and the sooner she drops out the better.   I am trying to think where she could fit it, e.g. VP for Mayo Pete?    If she would get the nomination, Trump would shred her.

Whoever wins will need to go toe to toe with Vlad and Xi.   Sorry but if a woman candidate for POTUS is complaining about sexism and not bold enough to go full frontal as opposed to turning passive aggressive or claiming victimization, she isn't going to get votes.
