Starting up a new running / beer group

The local hashers* only run on weekends in winter, something about the cold weather and darkness - whatevs - so there's a gap in the market for a group of runners chasing a hare (the poor person who lays a trail of flour or chalk) from Kiosk to Trinkhalle round the city in the freezing cold shouting "on on" and "checking".
