Mett brötchen

Hi all, last week I tried mettbrötchen for the first time. It was delicious although I think my stomach couldnt digest the raw meat.

 

Is this normal? or the meat was not fresh and my indigestion was in fact caused by that and not because of the rawness?

I love mett, but: 1) make sure you buy it from a butcher with a reputation for supplying good mett, and 2) eat it on the day you buy it. Get either of those wrong, and don't expect to be feeling too well afterwards.

Funny thing is that I did buy it supposedly from a good place (was a bakery though, not a butcher), and ate it the instant I got it. Someone recommended me the place. I guess I'll try in another.

Is wasn't just too much grease in one go ? Bad Mett would have probably resulted in something more than indigestion.

xD yeah would never now, I guess Ill have to try it once more in another place, to be sure what it was. (I got diarrhea thats why I think it was the meat.)
