Does anyone have a better idea than just plan ol' customer service/satisfaction rep?

I see this term all over, but can't come up with a snappy alternative...

Germans cannot wrap their heads around the fact that every person in every company is responsible for customer satisfaction every time.

I had this discussion with my wife's niece who has just finished her apprenticeship. During her apprenticeship, she had to do a six week stint in the inbound customer service department. She was truly offended that people had the nerve to be angry with her over the fact that the product wasn't working as advertised. With, I am sure, a vein bulging in my forehead, I said to her, "It doesn't matter if you MADE the thing or not. You are the person representing the company. You are the one there to take that call. You are required to take that frustrated rant in your stride and stay polite and pleasant. The customer does not care if your feelings are hurt."
