And guys, give John some time after the procedure, maybe even until tomorrow.

I presume he'll get a sedative and local, and maybe a short acting anesthetic (as in full knockout ;) ), so he'll be tired afterwards.

Reading/typing on a little phone also might stressful.

 

He'll be fine.

John g- it is your turn to take advice! Relax, deep breathing and keep the blood pressure low!

They will give you instructions, and important to have regular checks.
