Irish Language courses starting in September in Hamburg

2 posts in this topic

Always wanted to learn the Irish language? Have a love for ancient Irish literature and wish to read deeper into it? Want to impress your Irish friends with a "cúpla focal"? For the first time, an official Conradh na Gaeilge chapter, with the support of the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs, has been established in the city of Hamburg. From the first Monday of September, weekly evening lessons and informal conversation meetups will be held in the center of the city. Whether you are completely new to the language or learned it in school and wish to revise, groups are divided by level and proficiency. We also have a number of very helpful Gaeilgeoirs taking part.
Registration costs €70 for 15 lessons and includes access to coursebooks and materials. We held a couple of "trial run" courses over the last year and places went very fast, so please sign up as soon as possible to ensure placement. Contact me for details or email mom-elt@t-online.de directly for registration.
