No worries, mate. I’m sure he’ll congratulate the scientists on “finally putting a rubbish bin on mars”. ;)

Oh, SA618, why did you go so soon? Fear is a fucking wonderful motivator. Now let's show you what Trump has to fear today.

Quote

Donald Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort held secret talks with Julian Assange inside the Ecuadorian embassy in London, and visited around the time he joined Trump’s campaign, the Guardian has been told.

Sources have said Manafort went to see Assange in 2013, 2015 and in spring 2016 – during the period when he was made a key figure in Trump’s push for the White House.

It is unclear why Manafort wanted to see Assange and what was discussed. But the last meeting is likely to come under scrutiny and could interest Robert Mueller, the special prosecutor who is investigating alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

A well-placed source has told the Guardian that Manafort went to see Assange around March 2016. Months later WikiLeaks released a stash of Democratic emails stolen by Russian intelligence officers.

Show of hands: Who thinks this is the foundation for Mueller's statement that Manafort lied during questioning?

This is Sarah Huckaby-Sanders' statement about the Global Warming report, as quoted and commented on in Mike Peterson's blog,

http://www.dailycartoonist.com/index.php/2018/11/28/csotd-scrooge-triumphant/

"We think that this is the most extreme version and it’s not based on facts. It’s not data driven. We’d like to see something that is more data driven. It’s based on modeling, which is extremely hard to do when you’re talking about the climate."

"All planning for the future is based on modeling, and, as far as I know, math is not a matter of opinion and what in the hell is this woman talking about? How can she say the report is not …   Never mind."

In the meantime,

Each year the English Oxford Dictionary has a word of the year.

Previous words included; youthquake, post-truth and vape.

We now need new words to describe Trump and his administration because twat, dickhead, moron, idiot, fuckwit, retard etc are too weak.

In future, the act of fucking something up in the dumbest way possible, beyond all reasonable expectation of how badly a thing could possibly be fucked up, will be referred to as "Trumping".

Will the best ones be put together on cards to form a pack of 32 and then called Top Trumps?

No, because "Top Trump" is an oxymoron.

All Trumps are bottoms.

They do not want models about the future, they want future's data.

President Donald Trump threatened to declassify “devastating” documents next year if House Democrats launch probes into his administration. “If they want to play tough, I will do it,” he said during an Oval Office interview Wednesday with the New York Post. "They will see how devastating those pages are." Trump told the paper he would declassify FISA warrant applications and other confidential documents from Robert Mueller’s investigation, which he said would expose efforts by the FBI, the Justice Department and the Clinton campaign to set him up. “If they go down the presidential harassment track, if they want to go and harass the president and the administration, I think that would be the best thing that would happen to me,” he said. “I’m a counter-puncher and I will hit them so hard they’d never been hit like that.” Trump also told the tabloid he would wait to reveal such documents until they are absolutely needed, saying, “It’s much more powerful if I do it then.”

One thing we know is that Trump has zero self-control. If he had devastating documents that would have hurt the Democratic Party, he would have published them before the mid-terms. He knew he was in for a shellacking and he pulled out all the stops between July and November. So, it is clear that this is just more senseless bluster from a transactional doofus with no long-terrm game.

This does not bode well. No wonder Trump was freaking out on Twitter the last few days.

Quote

Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s former lawyer, who pleaded guilty in August to breaking campaign finance laws, made a surprise appearance in a Manhattan courtroom on Thursday morning to plead guilty to a new criminal charge, the latest turn in the special counsel’s investigation of Mr. Trump and his inner circle.

The development comes at a particularly perilous time for Mr. Trump, whose presidency has been threatened by Mr. Cohen’s statements to investigators. In recent days, the president and his lawyers have increased their attacks on the Justice Department and the special counsel’s office.

The expected new guilty plea in Federal District Court marks the first time the office of the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, has charged Mr. Cohen. In exchange for pleading guilty and continuing to cooperate with Mr. Mueller, he may hope to receive a lighter sentence than he otherwise would.

The moves comes just two weeks before Mr. Cohen, 52, is scheduled to be sentenced for his earlier guilty plea. That case, which also included bank and tax crimes, was brought by federal prosecutors in Manhattan.

Trump is having a no good very bad day.

Quote

Donald Trump and his aides continued negotiations about a potential Trump Tower project in Moscow well into the 2016 presidential campaign, his ex-lawyer Michael Cohen acknowledged in a guilty plea in federal court on Thursday.

Cohen admitted that he lied to Congress last year when he said those discussions had ended in January of 2016 and that his overtures to the Russian government went unrequited.

In fact, the talks continued through June, and Cohen did hear back from one of Russian President Vladimir Putin's top aides, spokesman Dmitry Peskov, according to court documents.

Trump told reporters at the White House on Thursday that Cohen is lying — but that even if he weren't lying, the president said he hadn't broken any law.

And he has to backpedal on visiting his boyfriend.

Quote

In a tweet, President Trump said he was calling off talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin over Russia’s seizure of Ukrainian ships and crew members earlier this week. Earlier, the Kremlin had confirmed the two leaders had planned to meet this weekend in Buenas Aires.

What was it that numbnuts always said? Oh yeah, "time stamperia"!

Can you really just cancel a meeting with your boss like that?

He's getting edgy...
