Teenage migrant 'raped and strangled 90-year-old German woman as she left church

172 posts in this topic

My friend and her family were in Budapest main station when the chaos happened. They don't understand Arabic so they didn't know what the migrants were talking about, but the sense of fear was similar with what that woman in the video talked about. They had to hold their luggage tightly at all times, migrants came to them asking for money, migrants messing the train station, their train was stormed by migrants and then was forced to cancel, etc.

The rapist is a 19 years old Spaniard called "Juan D.". Why are we talking about refugees here?

No, he is a morrocan that lived in Spain. Not refugee, but that is not the point: most of these assholes claiming to be refugees are NOT refugees at all. We are talking about refugees because this involves the whole refugee situation.

Yes my mistake.   I didn't realized it said "Name geändert" besided the Juan D. name.

But still, he is no refugee.  The guy has been living in Spain for many years already.

Ironically it seems he was involved with Latin King gangs in Spain.

So he didn't embrace European values, didn't want to accept the laws of the land and has basically stuck 2 fingers up to the Spaniards as well as the Germans. A very good example as to why borders should be closed and why these people should be sent back without delay the moment they transgress, no matter how minor.

Send back where? He is a Spaniard. Send back to Spain? Maybe, but before he has to spend some 10 years in jail here.

He's not Spanish, he's Morrocan. Why put him in jail here? The Taxpayer then pays to feed and cloth him, he may also mix with some really hard inmates and then become an even more dangerous criminal. No send him back to Morroco, let him rot in one of their jails.

Wrong. It's purely ideologically.

YOU and the other besorgtes are talking about refugees because you want to – that case has nothing to do with refugees. This guy wasn't a refugee and he didn't claim to be one. He's a migrant – just like you are.

But you wouldn't talk about him nor about refugees if he was from Portugal, as you are  - and as rapist was: https://www.rosenheim24.de/rosenheim/rosenheim-stadt/rosenheim-tatverdaechtiger-sexualdelikten-festgenommen-rosenheim24-2967480.html Or this portuguese knifeman: http://www.tips.at/news/oftering/blaulicht/348031-frau-in-wels-niedergestochen-tatverdaechtiger-festgenommen Or this portuguese drug dealer: http://nord24.de/bremerhaven/bremerhaven-kokain-im-millionenwert-beschlagnahmt

He went to Spain as a kid (not sure what age) and grew up there. He has Spanish citizenship, so he is a Spaniard. What are you suggesting now? To remove his citizenship?

Send him to jail. Give him the maximum possible penalty.

Where does it say he has Spanish citizenship? Growing up there doesn't automatically give him Spanish citizenship.

As with the case of the Pakistani rapists in North Britain who had naturalised British citizenship, his assumed Spanish citizenship then needs to be stripped from him and he returned his country of origin / birth. FFS, people coming into Europe are taking advantage of our culture and values with regard to human rights. Anyone who commits such an act against another human and thereby violates their human rights need to be treated without so much compassion. If immigrants are not prepared to live by our standards then they need to be shown that respect and privelage is earned and not an automatic right.

Having immigrated to Spain as a child and grown up there does not necessarily mean that he has citizenship.  Even if he does have citizenship in Spain, that doesn't mean it can be revoked if he commits a crime.  It would depend on their law.  I don't think German law would allow for someone to be stripped of their citizenship if they committed a crime.  This has been discussed on another thread and there are certain cases where it can be revoked but having committed a crime after getting it is not one of them.

Germanys specialist periodical on blood, sweat and tears has the details:

WDR, General Anzeiger etc. report it also.

By what standards do you think you live, as a migrant in germany? Your knowledge and acceptance the german legal system is rather in doubt:

What exactly do you mean by "so much compassion"? Being accused? Getting a fair trial?

"Our standards"? Free movement within the EU is not a privilege but a right – a right you obviously take advantage of.

Don't try to glue me to that piece of shit. What type of shitty comparison is that? The issue is the same: young men from muslim countries who don't have any respect for laws.

Your vulgar language is .. well ... vulgar.

That is no comparison at all. I don't compare anything. I widen the view to trigger your real shitty  motivation:

Voila – all your ranting is not about migrants or refugees as you claimed – it's about muslims. All your refugee-shit is only a cover up for your muslim hate.

You feel glued to rapists, knifemen and drug dealers because they are from Portugal?

That's the way you think, you're victim of your own ideology: Gluing people together because of their nationality or faith. What goes around comes around.

Too bad, Portugal must be muslim country then.

Is there a reason the mods continue to allow the user above to abuse other members with personal attacks and insults? I have reported and I'm sure many others have as well. Just look at this (ab)user's reputation and read ANY of it's posts to see for yourself.
