Hi,   I'm out of probation period, but employer says that because the company is smaller than 12 ppl they can just give me a 2 weeks notice period but since they are nice they offer me December and January salary if I resign.   Before accepting the offer I had in the offer letter a monthly issue of shares. But with one excuse after another the contract was never preparead and I never signed it, and now they say there was a cliff in the offer letter etc. etc. There was no cliff, but not sure on the legal status of an offer letter (I was told it's legally binding).   The company has a past of trying to bend the law to their advantage, so I don't fully trust them.   Any suggestion, please let me know, got a mortgage and I'm being pressured in taking a decision today :).
