President Elect Trump

That Trump Golden Shower thing is turning out to have been a 4chan hoax on McCain. It makes him look a total knob.

I really do not understand the left calling out right wing media as full of hate, when it seems to be the left which is calling for assassination, albeit in a humorous way.

Given the right wing's penchant for gun ownership, and the left's capacity for crying all the time on social media (and stumping up actresses at award ceremonies), I think I'd pick my fights with the left. I'm somewhere in the middle. I am cautiously sceptical of the new Trump government. All I can say is, if he fails to satisfy the demands of the liberty movement, such as auditing the Federal Reserve, then he may need to watch his back, not from lefties, but his own side!

btw it is turning out that the #pizzagate is a psyop possibly initiated by Roger Stone. Bad move by him in my opinion.

The news that this is a 4Chan hoax is a hoax. The 4Chan discussion does not date back to the October 2016 Mother Jones article regarding the information. You were seriously duped earlier by Pizzagate which is entirely bullshit. Please don't bring more nutty neckbeard fora evidence in here.

I have one regret, that I didn't listen to more of him speaking:

Has anyone got a clip of Trump saying Merkel is insane?

It's BuzzFeed (American Internet media company).  And he definitely needed to call out CNN, high time someone did it.

Yes, and German media continues reporting these lies as if they were established fact the 'Trump Sex Skandal' with lurid details of prostitutes golden-shower defiling the bed in Moscow Ritz Carlton in which the Obama's slept while Trump watched.  Uggghhh.

I'm no fan...but I can understand why Trump made the comparison to Nazi Germany propaganda & smear tactics.

CNN Media Heads and Political DC Operatives Construct More Russian Madness Anatomy of a Modern Media Political Smear

Quote

Late Tuesday evening, before Trump’s scheduled Wednesday press conference, BuzzFeed published a fake news report on entirely unsubstantiated allegations from a supposed intelligence report that has since been largely discredited. CNN, the cable news network, ran with the story too without verifying it. The motive was to push the fake news controversy out into the narrative and force Trump to respond to it at the press conference—without ever actually checking to see if what they printed was accurate or verifying it at all.

Did anyone catch Jeremy Corbyn on Good Morning Britain yesterday? He was such a nice guy, a gentleman and if ever the media allow him to speak he may be a good decent leader. Very honest. I am the product of a real socialist education (Comprehensive/Polytechnic) so I hope noone thinks I am in any way right leaning!

I change my mind and now realise this has to be a hoax.

I mean, come on, Trump paying prostitutes thousands to pee on him?

They probably did it for free.

I can't seem to find any proof that CNN "ran with that story".

I did see their explanation of why they didn't after watching the entire news conference yesterday.

Even if it were true (it isn't), Trump's sexual preferences, when it doesn't involve grabbing women by their hoohoos, are none of my business.

They  certainly did... no doubt about it, I was watching when the story "broke" and CNN only really started back-tracking/ damage control following the rebuke from from incoming Press Sec. Spicer and then of  course that verbal beatdown of CNN reporter Jim Acosta'd by Trump himself at the press conference.

CNN purposely fostered the speculation and smear by lending credence, leaking details from an unconfirmed unverified info derived from top secret briefing. That was bad enough but buzzfeed releasing the full 35 pg.s goes beyond crimminal IMHO. More like subversion.

CNN presenting notification of a two page addendum to the DNI report on Russian interference with the 2016 election.  The CNN crew claim the addendum discusses Russians attempting to find opposition research on Trump. The existence of this addendum comes from the ever predictable “unnamed official intelligence sources” etc.  Sound familiar?  It should.

Translation into English: he will try using Nazi Germany propaganda & smear tactics, in particular banning all Trump critical press, criminal charges against critical journalists and those who will criticize Trump. Nazi Germany was Nazi Germany not because it spread fake news. It was Nazi Germany because all other news were banned.

He will try to convert USA into Erdogan Turkey, but will not succeed: there will be too strong opposition to that.

When Trump purposely propagated the birther nonsense, he effectively gave up all rights to cry foul over anyone else's unsubstantiated reports about him. As far as I have seen, all news organizations, including Buzzfeed, have heavily prefaced the publication of the items in this dossier as unsubstantiated and unproven. Trump himself has purposely avoided the topic of the hookers and the golden showers focusing rather on the dossier's publication. Why do we suppose that is?

Meanwhile back in the adult world:

Quote

Walter M. Shaub Jr. said that he wished that he did not have to address the public with his concerns but that there had been a lot of recent commentary surrounding ethics so he hoped by speaking up on Wednesday afternoon, Trump may see fit to reconsider some of his plans.

"I need to talk about ethics today because the plan the President-elect has announced doesn't meet the standards that the best of his nominees are meeting and that every President in the past four decades has met," Shaub stated.

"My hope is that, if the Office of Government Ethics can provide some constructive feedback on his plan, he may choose to make adjustments that will resolve his conflicts of interest," he continued.

Trump's proposed blind trust – within which his sons would run his business operations and he would step back from a full-time operational role – was criticized by Shaub as reflective of a structure that is "not even halfway blind."

"His own attorney said today that he can't "un-know" that he owns Trump tower. The same is true of his other holdings. The idea of limiting direct communication about the business is wholly inadequate. That's not how a blind trust works. There's not supposed to be any information at all," railed the Director.

Apparently a real life spook did the work:

Quote

A former British intelligence officer who is now a director of a private security-and-investigations firm has been identified as the author of the dossier of unverified allegations about President-elect Donald Trump’s activities and connections in Russia, people familiar with the matter say.

Christopher Steele, a director of London-based Orbis Business Intelligence Ltd., prepared the dossier, the people said.

And he's now gone into hiding:

Quote

BBC news correspondent Paul Wood said he understood Mr Steele left his home on either Tuesday or Wednesday, before he was publicly named, and was now "in hiding".

He said he had been told Mr Steele had asked his neighbour to look after his cats.

Our correspondent said he had been shown the memos about Mr Trump in October last year, when he was told Mr Steele was "in fear of his life", having spoken out about potential Russian involvement in Mr Trump's election.

As many other news outlets, CNN only reported that a completely unsubstantiated story was going around while lending no credence to it whatsoever. That is not what I call running with the story. Running with the story would be if they had reported the falsehood as truth.

Buzzfeed - guilty as charged.
