On Saturday 27th August, from 09:00 - 17:00, Hamburg GAA will host the city’s first ever GAA tournament, with clubs from all over Germany coming together on this day to play the brilliant sport of hurling. Not sure what hurling is? – come along and check out the ancient Irish sport, and cheer us on!

Entry is completely free, and there will be a BBQ and drinks available at a small price. You will find the poster attached with all the info.

Free Origami class for kids at the Library:

 

ORIGAMI WORKSHOP FOR YOUTH(IN ENGLISH, FREE ENTRY)

I’m teaching origami at Jugendbibliothek Hoeb4U for youth(the age between 13 and 18).
There is still free spots for the next workshop(on October 22nd from 15:00 to 16:00)
My workshops are conducted in English with a German translator.

This is an amazing place - and now has the most visitors of all of Hamburg's attractions.

If your interest is geography, technology or even simply model railways you'll spend

a facinating few hours exploring.

 

If you get the chance to book a "behind the scenes" tour, the tech. explanations will amaze


I try to get there once a year to see whats been extended since last time :-)

 

If you think you can't take any more, then simply count the number of lewd models...

(a lot of the 1cm high models are performing some very strange acts)
