Disclaimer: my dad was a dwarf. I am telling the truth. As was my cousin Dave. 

I got away with being a 6 footer as I grew up. 

My Dad never spoke about anything so I don't know how he felt about it. 

I left home as a young person because I needed some emotional content in my life ( didn't know the vocab at the time ) but he never said " I love you, my son."

 

Anyway, I will tell him I love him when we meet again. I understand more now about why he didn't speak.

What, how you got your name?    I am sure that there are dwarfs who do this work and do not object to it.   I guess the concern is why people might enjoy watching it.  It could be a fantastic show of gymnastic skill, like Buster Keaton (not a dwarf, but a great performer of getting thrown around, starting as a child).  But that is different from getting kicks out of throwing someone against a wall.  Jesus.  But there again, many prostitutes have to go through worse, and still many people says it is fine.  I guess it is the same.  "High class" prostitutes who can demand their own terms.  And then the helpless who have to take the most disgusting to make a living.

When I first saw " slammer a few minutes ago, I assumed it had something to do with the slang word for gaol!

I didn't know it referred to dwarf tossing. My Dad was a dwarf but he was the quiet type, fixing people's wirelesses at home as a free hobby and never went to bars.

I get the impression you don t know much about what prostitutes do. Even the ones making a bigger buck. Which is forgivable. Some of it you really don t want to know.

I think you have misunderstood me.  Or perhaps I have been clumsy in my post.  The prostitution thing is repugnant, and has becoming normalised. here in Germany.  My son (24) knows guys his age that use prostitutes several times a week.  And when you see the list of what is offered at the big places, it is just gross.  But perhaps I misunderstood you post, and you think (like many) that sex work is positive, and life enhancing.

I don t get your logic but for the record I certainly do not think sex work is life enhancing or positive in any way. I have read and listened to accounts that cannot be unseen and unheard, unfortunately.

Look at it from another way. I take it you have your man (or woman), a kind and loving partner, one who is good to the kids, a great lay in the sack, brings the pennies home and above all... Puts the toilet seat down. But what about the others, you know, the old and ugly, the rejects, the men no woman wants. Or the other, others, the men who have been so stung and burned and hurt by the woman they would have laid their lives down for and now will not let any woman closer to their hearts than the width of a 50 Euro note. What simpering god of higher priss gives people the right to condemn these men to a life of celibacy?

Our office is almost next door to a brothel, which I do not frequent. The occasional shooting- pimps carrying out revenge. This part of Harburg is famous as a Brennpunkt.

I don't know who goes in there. My dog Mandy kinda likes doing her Kaká around there.😂

If women want to sell their bodies, ok by me if it's their choice but not if forced. Simply that. 

I don't wish to judge. I don't know their stories. And neither those of their punters.
