3 posts in this topic

Following up the threads about dual education and general info which turns up here now and again, I've received a post from a friend of mine at the Europe büro/FFM.

There may be something of interest for newcomers, familys -schooling etc. as well as grub

Michael

Dear friends,

We would like to take the opportunity to invite you to the International

Sunday in Frankfurt on May 16th, 2004. The event takes place in the Haus der

Volksarbeit, Escheinheimer Anlage 21 in Frankfurt.

The programme kicks off at 11:00 with seminars and discussion groups on

subjects such as multilingual education and integration followed by an

information fair at 13:00. Here you can get amongst others information on

living in Frankfurt and multicultural clubs and societies. Furthermore, the

participating societies will tackle your taste buds with delicious dishes

from all over the world. The programme ranges from events for children and

show dances to tea ceremonies and workshops. You can take part in the

workshops for a small fee. All other activities are for free. It is not

necessary to reserve a place in advance for any of the events.

Please feel free to tell your family and friends about the International

Sunday in Frankfurt and bring them along, too. We hope to welcome you on

May, 16th in the Haus der Volksarbeit and wish you an enjoyable time. Should

you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
