Bitterly cold Easterly wind with temperature currently -1C and a wind-chill factor making it feel much lower.

Bright sunshine most of the time with cloud streets of Cumulous clouds which makes one think of gliding if it wasn't so cold, so windy & that my sailplane isn't ready for the season!

If you mean "Am I an active glider pilot" the answer is "yes". 

My club intends to start operations Good Friday - weather & technik permitting.

The wind is brutal

Currently there is blue sky, no clouds, only light wind and its +8C outside.

Overnight it went down to -6C & was -4C at breakfast time (blackbird probably sat on the outside temp sensor).

It started snowing late yesterday eveing & this morning there is at least an inch of heavy, wet snow everywhere.

Good Friday had wall-to-wall sunshine & rather cold easterly wind.

Club started gliding operations with the instructors first doing their mandatory 3 launches then start-of-season check flights for those license holders & trainees who were present.  Some of the trainees were able to get back to solo flying.

 

Today by contrast is miserable & wet.

Several months further on: roasting, just roasting.

Strong Southerly wind, partially overcast & grey to the Southwest.

Frontal system approaching with heavy(?) rain.  Could be here in about an hour.

Whether we actually get rain or it again avoids us remains to be seen.

 

Inlet to rainwater tank cleaned ready for the deluge.

Heavy rain falling accompanied by claps of thunder.  Ma´be the the "leichte Gewitter" that wetter.com was promising yesterday!

Currently lashings of rain.  Accompanied by distant rumblings of thunder.

Water butt was already 3/4 full before this lot started.
