This young American on his search for his ancestry in Britain and Ireland reacting incredulously to this account of how many countries England (sic most times )  has.invaded.

 

Some I didn't know about either, though, historically in many cases , many of those countries were not yet countries. The video itself is somewhat ironical in its tone but pretty interesting ( though superficial).

Smile? Unhappy? Dunno. Was I THAT thick at that age? Maybe. Edit: 100 per cent. But in different ways. No wonder why Indian, Korean, Chinese, basically anywhere (?) parents value education.

 

So do I. 

Glad I got away from my family's influence way back then.
