Six-year-olds sketch rogue driver for German police

Quote

Police in the west German city of Hamm are using drawings by six-year-olds to trace a rogue driver who allegedly smashed through a road barrier.

The police praised the four young sleuths' sketches, saying they were officially part of the investigation.

The children were waiting to cross the road when they witnessed the driver, a woman with short blonde hair.

How Trump’s Voter Fraud War Room Became a Fart-Infused ‘Room From Hell’

Quote

When the room first opened for business, staffers worked in rotating shifts, from 7 a.m. ET to 1 a.m. the following day, a source with knowledge of the matter said. No complimentary food was regularly provided. And the phones were constantly ringing in the dreary, dull hell-space, like a scene out of the movie Boiler Room.

But unlike Boiler Room, the day there was filled with a far greater number of death threats and infinitely more farting sounds on the telephone lines.

My partner Nicole‘s son was a guest on a history channel discussion on German TV today.

We watched part one this afternoon.
Nicole: „ my son. You have to be interested in those particular aspects of the Ottoman Empire, freemasonry, the Prussians etc to watch it! But isn‘t he good- looking and articulate?“

😀

True on all counts!
( couldn‘t watch part two .. dogs had to go out!!)

😂

@Magmax

I'm sad to say, that was yesterday on public TV - don't remember the station.

But yes, direct hit, 'Irma La Douce' :)

Going to the butcher's with my grandma is one of my best memories of childhood. The smell and of course the slice of 'Bierschinken' he gave the children. Sometimes he even gave me
a 'Wiener' - hurray. She has always used the word pound, never gram. I still do that today when I'm at the butcher's - always a little worried about getting a frown.  So far it has always worked out fine. Just like today.
"Hallo, ein 1/4 Pfund Bierschinken und ein 1/2 Pfund Mett bitte" :-)

Went walking on the street after the rain shower with my two sons (both around 1,95m)

Across the road, were two toddlers in full raingear and boots and a twentysomething keeping them out of the road.

Kids were happily splashing in all the puddles.

I looked up to my two and smiled the smile of distant memories.

They looked at me and said

"come on Alter - we have'nt got all day"
