Local newspapers in Konstanz for accommodation

Hi all,

Making the move to Konstanz soon and starting out on the accommodation search.

Just wondering if anyone can advise me on local newspapers or online news sites which are most popular for apartment rentals?

 

The objective is to post my own ad requesting apartment for rent from private landlords.

the regional newspaper which offers the best chance of reaching a local readership is probably the Suedkurier as you can see from the Wikipedia article: Südkurier

 

The URL address below will take you to a page where you tick boxes for 'Kreis Konstanz' and 'Mietgesuche' (want ads) or 'Vermietung' (rental offers) then click 'Suche' to see ads from the last 2 Saturdays print editions. The property ads will include house, apartment, commercial and parking space rentals as well and you'll need to look for (the car registration code) KN and/or the PLZ (post code) in ads.

 

On the right are 2 links 'Anzeigen aufgeben' for posting ads in online+print or print only.

There are 4 different area editions of the printed paper and each covers a numer of towns and villages.
