You were raised too well. Some people only understand one language, unfortunately.

 

Her behaviour is antisocial and lazy. I would demand in a loud voice and unsmilingly - forget polite - that she come down this instant and remove her dirt from your terrasse next time it rains deadheads and dust.

 

I would be tempted to take her your soiled washing, but you may not get it all back. She sounds like one of those liberty taking primitives you have to put your face close to and snarl 'Nicht mir mir. So nicht !' When she knows you are trouble and mean it she may think twice... weirdly IME the teutons seem to 'respect' this type of face-off.

Give them a dust pan. The thingy that you sweep into.

 

Take photos every time and note the times. Especially of your dirty laundry.

 

Put a note in their mailbox every single time.
