Seeking person for German practice/teaching

Dear all,

 

I have been living in Germany for more than 2 years and my German is still not so good. Now I would like to improve it, not attending a course but speaking and focusing on conversation.

 

Do you know someone that might be interested in meeting once a week to speak German? I would prefer someone with German-teaching experience. Also a tandem would be ok, I can offer Italian and English.
