Bacon is so very versatile. I love the bacon chunks.

Already chopped and ready to be cooked. I make a lot of pasta and potato gratins/casseroles. I find these chunks to be really useful for spicing up a dull casserole! Best thing is no need to add any salt as they are already packed full of the stuff.
